The Process

From idea to opening day

  1. MONTH 1

    First Contact & DIP

    Concept presentation, mutual assessment and delivery of the DIP (franchise pre-contract disclosure document — minimum 20 days before any signing, per RD 201/2010).

  2. MONTH 1

    Pre-contract, Territory Reservation & Venue Search

    Pre-contract signing with a 50% deposit on the franchise fee. Exclusive territory reservation. Start of assisted venue search and requirements validation.

  3. MONTH 2

    Franchise Contract Signing

    Payment of remaining fee, signing of definitive contract and activation of all services, support and access to know-how.

  4. MONTH 2–4

    Fit-out & Training

    Fit-out to brand standards, intensive in-person training, obtaining licences and permits. Complete venue setup.

  5. MONTH 4

    Opening day!

Pre-contract

Territory reservation

Reservation

Sign the pre-contract with a 50% deposit on the franchise fee, securing your territory exclusively for 90 days.

Urban: 50% of €10,000 · Premium: 50% of €15,000

Evaluation

Mutual evaluation period, venue search and preparation of the opening project.

Sign or Refund

Upon signing the contract, the deposit is fully deducted from the fee. If the franchisor rejects the application, it is returned in full within a maximum of 15 days.
