We have a waiting area inside the venue with sofas, a toilet and WiFi. While you wait for your slot, you can watch the group inside from the adjacent room — it's streamed live on screen. Once your session is done, stay as long as you like in the chill-out zone with a cold drink. No rush.
COMING IN A LARGE GROUP?
The Rage Room is experienced in subgroups of max 4-5 people to ensure safety, space and close supervision. For larger groups, we do shifts and nobody is left out of the party.

Each shift smashes in small groups. More material per person, more space to release and direct supervision from the Break&Joy team.
Adjacent room with live broadcast
Are you 8, 10 or more? You take shifts and, while some smash, the rest of the group enjoys watching the session broadcast live from the next room.

What is the difference between a Rage Room and traditional therapy?
A Rage Room offers immediate physical stress release. It is not a replacement for psychological therapy, but a perfect complement to manage accumulated tension in a safe and fun way. Many psychologists recommend physical-release activities as part of a wellbeing program.
Can I choose the music during my session?
Yes! You can bring your own playlist or pick from our selection. Many customers prefer energetic music to maximize the release experience.
What if I accidentally break something outside my pack?
Everything is designed so you can break without worry. The protective gear and the room are prepared for any situation. If you want to break more items than those included in your pack, you can add extras on the spot.
What exactly is a "rage room", "anger room" or "smash room"?
A rage room (or anger room) is a space designed for people to release and discharge tension by safely breaking objects. At Break&Joy we provide the items, the safety gear and the perfect environment so you can have fun and feel free.
Is it safe to take part in Break&Joy?
Absolutely. Customer safety is our top priority. We provide all the necessary gear — protective coveralls, gloves and safety goggles. In addition, all our activities are supervised by trained staff.
