Pick the day, time and number of people on the booking platform.
Gear up
When you arrive we explain the rules and you put on helmet, face shield, overalls, gloves and safety footwear (bring socks).
30 minutes of smashing
You go in rounds of 4-5 people; the rest of the group watches live from the adjoining room.
Chill-out zone

COMING IN A LARGE GROUP?
The Rage Room is experienced in subgroups of max 4-5 people to ensure safety, space and close supervision. For larger groups, we do shifts and nobody is left out of the party.

Are you 8, 10 or more? You take shifts and, while some smash, the rest of the group enjoys watching the session broadcast live from the next room.

Safety: clear rules
Some of the measures we apply in every session:
- Full gear on at all times. Helmet, gloves, face shield, overalls and safety footwear. No full gear, no entry — and definitely no smashing.
- Keep your helmet and gear on. No removing it for selfies, to shout or for anything else. Gear stays on until you're out of the room.
- No throwing at people. Do not throw objects at other participants or outside the designated area. What gets broken stays inside.
- Safety footwear and socks. We provide the safety footwear and you wear it for the whole session. Bring socks: you need them to put it on.
- Minimum age: 16. If you're 16 or 17, come with an adult or bring written authorisation from a parent or legal guardian.

No. It is a leisure activity: around 30 minutes of adrenaline with protective gear and staff supervising. It is not a substitute for any therapy or treatment.
Can I choose the music during my session?
Yes! You can bring your own playlist or pick from our selection. Many customers prefer energetic music to go all out in the room.
What if I accidentally break something outside my pack?
Inside the room, smashing is the whole point: you wear protective gear and staff supervise the session. If you want to break more items than those included in your pack, you can add extras on the spot.
What exactly is a "rage room", "anger room" or "smash room"?
A rage room (or anger room) is a space designed for smashing objects in protective gear, just for the fun and the adrenaline. At Break&Joy we provide the items, the safety gear and the perfect environment so you can have fun and feel free.
Is it safe to take part in Break&Joy?
Yes, with clear rules. In the Rage Room: helmet, face shield, overalls, gloves and safety footwear, all provided by us; in the Splatter Room, overalls and gloves. And trained staff always supervising the session.
